Swygert's Landing

VDG was retained on an exclusive basis by the developer to assist with developing a strategic Business Plan and Offering Memorandum for the recapitalization and/or sale of the Swygert’s Landing community, a 200-acre Master Planned Community located in the Johns Island area of the city of Charleston approximately eight radial miles southwest of the Charleston central business district. Swygert’s Landing comprises a total of 190 homes in three phases and a a 10 acre, 100,000 sq. ft. Village Center and Elementary School.

Swygert’s Landing offers over 65 acres of open space with an extensive trail and lakes in a naturally kept wooded environment exceeding the quality of its competitors. This creek side community unveils sizable lots and mid-priced homes minutes from city attractions. Though the community is in a fairly rural sector of Johns Island off Brownswood Road, it is only 7.7 miles from Downtown Charleston. The community’s preserved wooded surrounding along with its lakes is emphasized by its character of “low country living at the river’s edge”
